How do our badge printing kiosks work?
Prior to arrival, guests are sent a QR code, designed in your bespoke company branding. We usually send the initial email one week before the event, and a reminder email the day before. This doesn’t need to be printed - just shown on a mobile or tablet device.
Guests approach the kiosks and hold their QR code under the barcode scanner. The kiosk will acknowledge the unique QR code, the screen will go green and the badge will print in just a few seconds.
And Go!
Once the kiosk has printed the badge, the guest need only pick it up, fold it in half and attach it to a plain or branded lanyard.

Each QR code for registration is unique, and can be sent directly from our system to your guests. When guests present their registration QR codes at our event registration kiosks, the code is recognised and the sustainable badge is printed within a couple of seconds. The on-screen messaging and styling is customisable so you can make an impact from the moment people arrive.
Fully Recyclable, Eco-Friendly and Sustainable Badges
We’ve worked alongside our suppliers to develop a badge that not only looks great, but can also be recycled with normal paper waste.
Our self-service badge printing kiosks are easy for guests to use as there’s no adhesive backing to worry about (meaning we produce less waste too). Each sustainable badge just folds in half to produce a double sided badge and the lanyard can clip straight on.
