We are increasingly being asked to support events outside the UK and have developed a cost effective way of providing a full on-site registration and event badging solution without the hassle and expense associated with freight.

This makes it much more affordable for smaller conferences and roadshows where our clients want the same high standards for all of the events, regardless of the location.

Streamlined setup

By streamlining our equipment and making use of additional baggage allowances, we can provide a full check-in solution anywhere. Whether you want to use iPads, scanners, laptops or lead retrieval devices, we have mastered the art of fitting everything we need into a couple of suitcases. Event badging is also possible using credit card style conference badges or the lager, standard expo badge, meaning you still have the creative control to design your badges in line with your branding.

Our staff will bring everything to the conference venue and look after the whole delegate management and event branding process for you.

Flexible solutions

In line with everything we do, our solutions are flexible, scalable and designed to maximise your budget. For larger or more complex events taking place overseas, the above solution is not usually suitable. For those, we ship the equipment via a dedicated courier service or send it on another truck that is heading to the event. Our team then flies out to meet the kit and set-up & oversee the on-site event registration and event badging.
