A microsite, sometimes called a mini-site, is a specific site focused on a task that exists outside of a primary company web page. Microsites continue the company’s seamless branding, but shrink down the site content for one sole purpose.

When it comes to pre-event registration, we work with clients to create a separate microsite that can be used during the event registration process. Let’s say a particular client wanted to use handheld QR scanners as their check-in type. Prior to the event, we would send a bulk QR mailing out to everyone who registered on the microsite, On the day, attendees simply need to show a team of staff this QR code, where it can be scanned by one of our handheld scanners. Within 5 seconds, a personalised badge containing their details will print, and once this is done, they are checked in and free to enjoy the event.
