Our lead capture and badge scanning app allows exhibitors to scan badges and instantly view the contact details that are held on the registration system. Exhibitors can add additional information by using their own questions and take notes before saving the lead. Saved leads can be viewed and edited at any time on the device and full reporting is available via an online portal.

Exhibitors can use Event Scan on their own devices or use one of ours.

The Event Scan badge scanning app is available for iOS and Android devices and so can be used on exhibitor’s existing devices. We set the lead capture system to allow them the right number of log-ins or number of devices. If necessary, they can use one of our devices to free up their own phones. We have designed the lead capture app to be efficient to roll out at scale and it is equally suited to both small events and large exhibitions.
