The Event Connections Zoom registration system takes things one step further and offers event organisers bespoke, fully branded, managed registration solutions for virtual meetings and webinars. Our direct integration with Zoom gives enormous benefit to event organisers who use the platform for meetings or webinars, as it allows for a fully flexible and highly customisable registration process.

Integrating with a Zoom Registration System
From simple webinars to the most complex conferences with breakouts, hierarchical passes and paid sessions, each Zoom registration system we provide is designed to best suit each individual event. And of course, it’s all fully branded and hosted on a domain with your name - not ours.
As each session approaches, reminder emails are automatically triggered containing the joining instructions and a link for that session that is unique to that delegate. Session attendance and duration is then tracked and fed back to Event Connections so that we can issue detailed, personalised training certificates post-event.
Zoom Registration - Case Study: Specsavers Events
We’re already using an integrated Zoom registration system for Specsavers, a major high street brand. Each year, Specsavers run an online training event that spans over several weeks, and this year. they’ve even included in-person sessions at multiple UK locations.
The 2,500 registered delegates are directed through a registration process depending on their role and are then free to choose sessions that are relevant to them. Capacities for sessions are set within our system and attendees get allocated to virtual tables (breakouts within Zoom). By using the direct data integration, organisers can create Zoom events, assign delegate access rights, generate individual meeting links, and record user activity - all within the Event Connections event registration system.
